About Us

We are located in the heart of South Alabama, in historic downtown Andalusia. First Baptist Andalusia was founded upon God's Word and continues its commitment to it today. We are a multi-generational body of believers who are seeking to love God, love others, make disciples, and make a difference.

The mission of the church is:

Worship– “love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind” (Mt 22:37). We grow stronger through worship.
Ministry– “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mt 22:39). The church becomes broader through ministry.
Evangelism– “go therefore and make disciples” (Mt 28:19). His church grows larger through evangelism.
Fellowship– “baptizing them” (Mt 28:19, identification with the Christian community). God's people warmer through fellowship.
Discipleship– “teaching them to obey all that I command you” (Mt 28:20). We are commanded to become deeper through discipleship.
